I have helped many clients over the years purchase new construction homes but it has been completely different going through the experience myself. Part 1 will be about the looking to contract stage of the process. Part 2 will be in November after I pick out my selections at the design studio in November and Part 3 will be in April after I have taken delivery of my new home.
